More homes coming to Foley Updated Feb 22, 2021; Local developers paid $450,000 for 35 acres on Baldwin County 16 in Foley, next to Hidden Lakes subdivision, according to Pratt Thomas and Daryl Cleworth of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. The property will be developed as a 119-lot subdivision called Kipling Meadows.
