Carson City student Lucas Valdez earns Golden Pinecone Sustainability Award
Carson City School District is pleased to announce Lucas Valdez, 14-year-old eighth grader at Eagle Valley Middle School, as a winner of GreenUP!’s Golden Pinecone Sustainability Youth Leadership Award. He was given the award in Reno April 13, 2023.
