9 & 10 News April 29, 2021 Three months after his sudden resignation, the state heard from former Michigan Department of Health and Human Services director Robert Gordon for the first time. The original severance agreement between the state of Michigan and Gordon included a non-disclosure agreement with neither side allowed to talk about the reasons behind the resignation.
