North Carolina News: Abortion, Sate Budget And Psychedelic Therapy

North Carolina will no longer allow most abortions after 12 weeks of pregnancy,down from 20 weeks under the previous state law. The Senate budget provides for larger tax reductions than the House proposal, bringing personal income tax rate from current level of 4.75% to 4.5%
