Shurmur QB Traits? Throwing a line out to see if anyone has a good read on what OC Pat Shurmur (and indirectly Paton) are looking for in a QB? The way the recent draft fell, it looks like there were 2 QB's (Fields and Jones) who were about mirror opposites in how they played the position for Denver to draft at pick 9. So, one would presume that one of the two would be a 'fit' for the Shurmur offense! I love the Surtain pick, but it seems like there is a plus CB every year!
