Print After helping more than 500 families since its caregiver respite pilot launched last year, the Elizabeth Dole Foundation is expanding its program to help more families across the country. Through the program, those caring for military veterans or active-duty personnel can receive up to 24 hours of free respite care to be used as needed, with a minimum of four hours per session.
