I wrote last week about New York wanting more people to travel within the state's borders. That's all fine and dandy, and I'm sure more people would love to do it. City code currently caps sites at 20 structures. Under this code the city has erected rest stops, microsites, and overnight camping as part of their COVID-19 response.
