Item 13 approve an increase in the construction contract cost contingency for contract no. Wd2685, with cal state contractors inc. , for reservoir and tanks improvement 20133, in the amount of 682,000; and authorize the general manager to approve future modifications to the contract for a total revised contract amount up to 9,997,900.
