Hornell applying for grants to support Alstom, Hampton Inn projects
HORNELL — The City of Hornell is targeting grant funding to spur along two major economic development projects. The city is eyeing a pair of economic development applications through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The grants would be used for equipment purchases for Alstom expansion on Shawmut Drive and the new Hampton Inn next to the Hornell Plaza.
