Omar Agustin Martinez was charged with multiple crimes, including Class A felony attempted murder. He accepted a plea agreement that amended that charge to Class C felony terrorizing with a weapon.
Omar Martinez plead guilty to reckless endangerment and terrorizing charges following an incident in May of 2023 in which he shot a gun at an occupied car. His stepson was inside the car at the time.
