From brandon marshall. Now for a developing story in cedar rapids this morning hearts are still grieving for a young life lost. Several people came out last night to remember a 13yearold girl that was shot and killed tuesday morning. Neighbors, friends and family held a candlelight vigil at the very same spot the young girl was killed. Cbs 2 news sister and her cousin. Why did this happen . Shes too young she didnt deserve this.
