According to the report, a judge claims that Silento is dangerous to the community as the 'Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)' hitmaker has a history of denying his mental health issues.

As per inmate records and a statement from the DeKalb County Police Department via Twitter, the rapper, whose legal name is Richard Lamar Hawk, was taken into custody and booked into DeKalb County Jail on one felony charge count of murder. The arrest occurred after authorities investigated Rooks' death. He was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds at his home in Panthersville, Georgia on January 21. Meanwhile, police spokesperson Michaela Vincent told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that a "through investigation" led authorities to identify the star as the "person responsible for Rooks' murder."
