The Planning Commission will host a public hearing at its next meeting Jan. 17.
Brainerd City Council members voted Monday, Dec. 4, to send an ordinance with proposed changes to short-term rental regulations back to the Planning Commission for further review.
Proposed regulations would allow a maximum of 20 short-term rental properties in the city at a time.
Material shortages mean the project might not happen until 2023.
