Decades-old cold case in Butler Co. remains unsolved
The Butler County Sheriff's Office is offering a "substantial reward" for information that leads to the burial locations of Franklin "Punkie" Harrod and Ricky Nelms. Both men are believed to have been buried in Butler County between 1988 and 1997.
