City councilors heard from several people Tuesday about the city's plan to expand and improve recreation offerings, which would include moving soccer fields from North Street to Pine Ridge Recreation Area to allow for the Alfond Youth & Community Center to build an ice arena on the north end of the North Street Recreation Area.
