The summer heat is on and so is Utah's harmful algae season
With the summer heat comes the development of harmful algal blooms that not only create an ugly green scum on some Utah waterways but pose a threat to public health and that of domesticated animals. Water quality scientists are warning people to take appropriate precautions.
