Me because i traveled around the country and talked to a lot of the folks who have been impacted by obamacare. it has been devastating. many democrats as well saying this bill needs to change. do you disagree with that? do you think no changes need to happen here? >> i think there are tweaks that need to be made to obamacare. for example, the high risk pool didn't work. so republicans wants to invest in a high risk pool. that's their solution. instead we need to look at how to stabilize the marketplaces and the exchanges. and they are not in a death spiral. there need to be some tweaks under t...
