Date Time Sydney man accused of breaching Control Order 16 January A 25-year-old Sydney man is due to face Paramatta Local Court today charged with allegedly breaching a Control Order issued by the Federal Court of Australia. The AFP High Risk Terrorist Offenders (HRTO) team arrested the man at his residence in the Sydney suburb of Denistone this morning. Police will allege the man failed to comply with a condition of the Control Order by accessing material online that supported the carrying out of executions, beheadings and torture. He has been charged with three counts of contravening a Federal Court of Australia Control Order, contrary to section 104.27 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth).
