Dr. Dalal Ali Al-Rubaishi is a member of the board of directors of the National Institute for Professional Educational Development. Minister of Education Hamad Al-Sheikh ordered the formation of the board to run the affairs of the institute. In 1998, Al-Rubaishi received a bachelor’s degree in English literature from King Saud University, Riyadh. In 2011, she obtained an MBA from the Riyadh-based Prince Sultan University.
