A western Newfoundland man deemed at high risk of committing violence towards women almost a decade ago is back in jail after being unlawfully at large despite a strict long term supervision order.
The data, released by the B.C. prosecution service on Tuesday, covers nearly 4,800 bail hearings between November 2022 to December 2023.
Kemthong Clasby and her husband Terence Lee Clasby were charged in October 2021 with two counts of feeding or trying to feed dangerous wildlife in Stanley Park and three counts of leaving or placing attractants for dangerous wildlife in Stanley Park and Burnaby's Cameron Park in the fall of 2021.
