TORONTO, September 01, 2023--Superior Plus Corp. ("Superior") (TSX: SPB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jennifer Grigsby to its Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective as of September 1, 2023. Ms. Grigsby will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Health, Safety and Environment Committee of the Board. Following the appointment, the Board will consist of ten directors, including nine independent directors and three female directors.
