Braintree restaurant owner concerned people will struggle to break lockdown habits
Rob Ely, who owns Chophouse restaurant and Toast, in Braintree opened his restaurant on Monday. As part of the new restrictions pubs and restaurants are permitted to serve food and alcohol outdoors.
