HURRICANE, W.Va. â Located near the Teays Valley exit of Interstate 64 in Hurricane, West Virginia, Area 34 is a meeting space thatâs home of the Putnam Chamber of Commerce, the Putnam County Convention Center and Visitors Bureau and the Putnam County Solid Waste Authority.
