Gloucestershire-based Completely Motoring Group has taken space at Tungsten Properties’ Lime Kilns Business Park in Hinckley, Leicestershire for its new head office and motorcycle distribution centre. It has taken 37,650 sq ft of space at Unit 14, which is part of a two-unit new development built speculatively. The company took a 10-year lease at a rent of £6.50 per sq ft.
