A Beaver Lake man was arrested Saturday, Dec. 5, after running from Berryville police officers, Berryville police chief Robert Bartos said. Samuel Clarence Alburtis, 31, was arrested at the Berryville Memorial Cemetery on charges of fleeing and resisting arrest and warrants for shoplifting and failure to appear on public intoxication and carrying a weapon.
