Sandra Dutra Dragon - VTDigger
Sandra advanced steadily in her career, starting as a clerk at a local stock brokerage, then to the newly created Federal War Poverty, where she would become Vermont head. Then to Governor Snelling’s Administration where she would become Commissioner of Employment and Training. And finally, to Associated Industries of Vermont, where she would become President.
