In what has been called the “chainsaw massacre”, the culprit has struck up to 30 times over 10 days and is believed to be operating under cover of darkness. Gov. Ron DeSantis has reappointed Antoinette Appell and Robert Dean, and appointed Nicholas Mulick, to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority Board of Directors. Appell and Dean have been on the board for several years; Mulick is the chair of the Monroe County Republican Party and this is his first appointment to the board.
