Woman charged in drunken driving death of soldier in Georgetown
A Killeen woman has been accused of driving drunk after a party and killing a soldier in a wreck on Texas 195 in Georgetown, according to an arrest affidavit. Kumesha Wooten, 37, was charged with intoxication manslaughter, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison. The 25-year-old Fort Hood soldier, Robert Dufina of St. Petersburg, Fla., died on Dec. 18 at Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital in Round Rock after Wooten struck his Nissan truck in the 300 block of Texas 195, the affidavit said.
