Shamima Begum, a British woman who went to Syria to join the Islamic State group, lost an appeal in her fight to restore her citizenship. She went to Syria with two other girls in 2015.
The 23-year-old is now unlikely to be able to return to the UK.
Shamima Begum left London in 2015 and traveled with two friends to Syria, where she married an IS fighter and had three children, all of whom died as infants.
