In the minutes after a shooting Wednesday at a children's clothing store at Polaris Fashion Place, a few 911 callers were put on hold while dispatchers dealt with a flood of calls. At least three callers who placed calls to 911 and were being transferred from Delaware County dispatch to Columbus police dispatchers heard a message stating all dispatchers were busy and asking them to stay on the line.
