McSherrystown Borough Council was unanimous last week in naming Jessica Freiert as McSherrystown Borough’s full-time manager. Freiert will also serve as the secretary-treasurer for the borough.
In a unanimous vote, the McSherrystown Borough Council hired Tom Weaver as a consultant to work and advise the council, mayor, and police chief.
During the first official meeting of the newly-seated McSherrystown Borough Council, the current secretary/treasurer, Jessica Freiert, was voted in as the interim borough manager.
