Among the cases heard was a Mitchell man who pleaded not guilty to grand theft charges for allegedly stealing vehicles and firearms that were identified in a cell phone video he recorded of himself.
While officers were speaking with neighbors near the area where the stabbing took place, they encountered Joshua Juhnke, who had “blood on his arms, legs, feet and face” from stabbing the victim.
