(Pope County, MN) -- The Pope County Sheriff's Office says a man is in custody following an Amber Alert issued for a missing child. Big Lake Police arrested resident Victor Ramirez, also known as Benigo Alvarrez, at his home around 11pm last night. Officers say there was a brief struggle outside the home before the arrest.
