GCSD Board of Ed approves agenda items Staff Report GALLIPOLIS — The Gallipolis City School District Board of Education met earlier this month for an organizational and regular meeting. Board member Lynn Angell was elected as president and Morgan Saunders was elected as vice president for the 2021 year. The board will meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. for regular meetings at Washington Elementary through May.
