Pilot accused of reckless flying over Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City Beach arrested
The News Herald PANAMA CITY BEACH — A pilot who was being sought for recklessly flying a small plane over the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam at Frank Brown Park last weekend has been taken into custody. According to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, 40-year-old Robert Ryan Gore turned himself in to authorities in Okaloosa County on Tuesday night. Gore has been charged with operating an aircraft in a careless, reckless manner, which is a felony.
