Robert and Anne Greeves have asked for a judge-alone trial for the alleged murder of Amber Haigh 21 years ago.
Robert Samuel Geeves and his wife Anne Margaret Geeves from regional NSW have pleaded not guilty to the murder of Amber Haigh and will face a joint trial later this year.
Pleas were entered court this week, with the case now headed to the Supreme Court.
Robert and Anne Geeves, who were living with 19-year-old Amber Haigh at the time of her disappearance in June 2002, have been committed to stand trial on murder charges.
