Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office A man is in custody following a police pursuit involving a vehicle stolen in Jamestown and ended near the New York-Pennsylvania state line this morning. Santiago, 18, was being held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court on a third-degree attempted robbery charge.
