Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office A man is in custody following a police pursuit involving a vehicle stolen in Jamestown and ended near the New York-Pennsylvania state line this morning. More details are expected to be released later today; however, both Chautauqua County Sheriff James Quattrone and Capt. Eric Balon of the New York State Police confirmed the pursuit. Santiago, 18, was being held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court on a third-degree attempted robbery charge. Officers were called around 9:15 a.m. to the 226 Winsor St. Dollar General in Jamestown for a reported armed robbery in progress.
