Man charged with firearm offence
Bradford Crown Court A SUTTON-in-Craven man is to appear before Bradford Crown Court to face a charge of being in ‘possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence’ towards three other people. Making his first appearance at Skipton Magistrates’ Court today (Friday), Robert Tosney, 27, of North View, Bridge Road, gave a no plea indication. The alleged offence relates to an air pistol which Tosney is charged with being in possession of in North View, Sutton-in-Craven, on December 11 last year.
