Manvel resident who was KIA in Nam honored 50 years later
Tears mixed with pride. Those were the sentiments of many who attended a special event last Saturday as a Viet Nam war hero was honored on the 50th anniversary of his death. American flags flew throughout Manvelâs cemetery as Army Sgt. Dennis Valusek, who was killed in Cambodia on June 8, 1970, was honored by his fellow soldiers.
