Is still in the crosswalk, and reconstruction crews are trying to piece together what happened. At 7 09 tonight it was travel westbound when it hit the 81 yearold man crossing the street. Hes been taken to the hospital with lifethreatening injuries, and the driver stayed on the scene and is talking to investigators. Some of what they are trying to figure out is who had the right ofway in the case and in the man was in the crosswalk this woman was here shortly after it happened.
