View Comments An Illinois man has filed a federal lawsuit against Smithfield Foods after being injured at its Sioux Falls meatpacking plant in 2017. Robert Willison, a trucker from Tinley Park, Illinois who worked for American Pride Transportation, originally filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division on Dec. 21, 2020. But the case was transferred into the U.S. District for South Dakota last week.
