Womack, 69, of Alton, for two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, both Class 4 felonies. The case was presented by the Alton Police Department. On Oct.3 Womack allegedly was found to be in possession of less than 15 grams of alprazolam and oxycodone hydrochloride. Bail was set at $15,000. • William D.
