Police investigating leading Belfast legal firm after its closure in 2020
Police are investigating a well-established Belfast law firm to see if there was wrongdoing in the circumstances leading to its closure last year, it can be revealed. Robert G Sinclair & Co in Bedford Street was shut down by the profession’s regulatory body the Law Society last year, with an investigation launched into the practice. Now the Law Society has put Sinclair House in Bedford Street up for sale for £800,000.
