Two prominent Stark County Republicans expressed immediate support for Jane Timken's candidacy should she announce a run for U.S. Senate. Stark County Commissioner Janet Weir Creighton and Sarah Brown of Alliance, a member of the Ohio Republican Central Committee, said they would endorse Timken if she seeks the Senate seat, which they hope she will.
