The Daniel Ortega-Rosario Murillo regime has established a terrorist state in Nicaragua, where impunity is official policy, Costa Rica-based nongovernmental organization Human Rights Collective Nicaragua Nunca Más and Nicaraguan Urnas Abiertas Citizen Observatory denounced in a new report.
