Texas High notches victory over rival Arkansas High at Border Battle tourney
TEXARKANA, Texas -- Luke Smith earned the win, pitched five innings, struck out eight, gave up three runs on five hits, hit a batter and walked one to lead Texas High over Arkansas High, 10-3, in a cross-town rivalry baseball game at the Border Battle tournament at Tiger Field on Friday.
