manich@leaderherald.com JOHNSTOWN — The Common Council entered into an on-call contract with an Albany engineering firm in action approved at its organizational meeting Tuesday night at City Hall. The council passed a resolution to execute an agreement with Greenman-Pedersen Inc. to provide on-call engineering services to the office of City Engineer Christopher Vose. The firm will provide the city with general engineering, public works and construction-related services during 2021.
