Erie-based nonprofit Stairways Behavioral Health is waiting to close on the sale of a 17,500-square-foot mansion it owns in east Erie and has ended its popular Bloom Collaborative healing arts center and community outreach program. The three-story structure on the grounds of the historic former Rose Koehler Curtze estate at 138 E. 26th St. had been listed at $499,900 through Agresti Real Estate.
