Med City bank bought its Rochester headquarters for $7.25 million
Home Federal Savings Bank paid $7.25 million for its almost 42,000-square-foot complex at 1016 Civic Center Drive. NW on Oct. 8. The bank moved its headquarters from Spring Valley to the Civic Center building in 2001, soon after the late Rochester developer Jack Prow completed its construction in 2000.
