ROCKLAND – “I know some people are seeing this as an opportunity to revamp the whole entire department, and some people see this as an opportunity for us to take apart a department,” said Mayor Ed Glaser, during the Monday, May 3 agenda-setting meeting of Rockland City Council. “I don’t see it as either one of those things.
